Administrative Assistant

Description:

Our Systems and Network Engineers are responsible for ensuring our clients' infrastructure enables their business processes by ensuring best practices are consistently in place. We utilize remote monitoring, maintenance, problem identification and resolution tasks using our suite of support tools. Candidates must be energetic and focused with strong motivation to learn new technologies, management and maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Answering phone calls, responding to emails and other digital queries, and managing correspondence.
• Maintaining organized filing systems, databases, and other records.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring office equipment is functioning properly.
• Providing administrative support to team members, including answering questions, assisting with tasks, and managing office logistics.

Salary Range:

$40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year.
